Due to the growing demand for new homes, the PLC developer is looking for a Freelance / Contract Quantity Surveyor for sites in and around Bristol.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for two live new housing projects for roughly a six month duration. Responsibilities are to carry out procurement, contract administration, payments and supporting other departments with the completion of the project.

Recent COINS experience is essential.

Daily rate can be agreed on dependant on experience
