### Description of the Role:
Simply Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Bolton, Greater Manchester. ### Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all students in Key Stage 1.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting lessons to ensure every child reaches their potential.
- Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging both their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to develop and implement effective classroom management strategies and promote positive behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular reports to parents and school leadership.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development to improve teaching practice.
- Work closely with parents and carers to support the overall well-being and development of each student.

### Applicant Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2) is desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Patient, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
