Sales Administration Manager

Watford, Hertfordshire

£36,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are an experienced Sales Administration Manager then this role will be perfect for you, excellent prospects await the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Reporting to the Sales Director and supervising the sales administration team

- Managing, mentoring and training team and ensuring KPIs were achieved

- Ensuring a top level of customer service provided and customer queries managed effectively

- Processing customer orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Providing administrative support for the field based sales team when needed

- Working closely with procurement, operations and quality departments to manage client needs
