Our client is a leading supplier in their sector, who are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining rigorous food safety standards. They are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including BRC, and other relevant food safety regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control processes.
Optimise warehouse layout and workflow to maximise efficiency.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring all is in safe working condition.
Conduct regular audits to ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a food-related industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. BRC).
Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
