This is a great opportunity to work for an established designer and manufacturer of leading retail display products. They are looking for a Sourcing / Supply Chain Assistant to support the Sourcing / Supply Chain Manager in maintaining a Supply Chain suitable for the company's business requirements. You will be responsible for administrative support, data analysis, reporting and hands on supplier management.

This is an entry level role that will enable you to develop a full understanding of Supply Chain management. You will support with auditing suppliers, work with Estimating & Project Teams to complete risk assessed project timelines and report on sourcing / supply chain performance.

You should be educated to degree level, computer literate to a high standard, and be able to analyse data in a systematic way and identify important trends. Excellent communication (written and verbal) is essential, as well as strong commercial awareness and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. This role is suited to a candidate wanting to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You should be extremely driven, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of Supply Chain dynamics, manufacturing and the ability to read technical drawings would be highly advantageous.
