I am working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. This position will provide support to customers whilst driving customer satisfaction. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a retail environment with a friendly and positive attitude.

Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage inbound calls from Technicians, providing necessary assistance.
  • Respond to general inquiries via email through the dedicated customer service inbox and other mailboxes under the team's responsibility.
  • Address customer queries regarding repair planning by utilising internal booking systems to schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Planning Team to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints raised by customers or administrators, ensuring they are properly recorded in the complaints database.
  • Communicate with Regional Managers to obtain updates on repairs and complaints.
  • Manage daily inquiries related to private quotation requests from the general public.
  • Participate in any formal or informal training sessions organised by the company and attend meetings as required.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A strong focus on customer service and a friendly demeanour.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software systems.
