Your Role as Quantity Surveyor

Sitting at the core of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects, guiding junior team members, and collaborating with senior staff to ensure every project is a success.

Deliver Excellence: Oversee pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects.
Inspire & Lead: Support junior colleagues while working closely with Directors to refine your skills.
Collaborate & Innovate: Be a key player in shaping projects valued at £20m-£60m across residential, hotel, and commercial sectors.Who You Are

Experienced Professional: Ideally 3-4 years of Quantity Surveying experience, with a solid cost management/consultancy background.
Driven to Succeed: MRICS or currently working towards your APC or eager to gain professional qualifications.
Adaptable & Versatile: Confident in managing a variety of project types with a proactive, can-do attitude.What's in It for You?
