Mechanical Project Manager

Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a forward-thinking, successful M&E contractor?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services company that delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, office fit-out, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure. With projects typically ranging from £200k to £4m, they're known for their end-to-end service - from design to installation and commissioning.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a skilled Mechanical Project Manager.

The Role:

As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of mechanical services projects assigned to you - overseeing planning, coordination, procurement, and delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage full project lifecycle of mechanical building services installations

* Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project delivery

* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules

* Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

* Maintain accurate project documentation throughout delivery

* Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service

Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable experience, skills, and qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or MEP Project Manager

* Solid background delivering Mechanical projects in the building services industry

* Commercial and/or Office Fit-Out experience

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Relevant Mechanical and/or Building Services qualifications (HNC/HND preferred but not essential)

* CSCS and SMSTS certifications desirable
