Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline

* MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body

* CDM / Health & Safety exposure

* Excellent specification writing skills

* CA skills including JCT Contracts

* Proven track record in project management from inception to completion

* Ability to build long-term relationships

* Previous consultancy experience
