Business Support Coordinator

Salary: £27,500pa plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: 79-83 Upper Thames Street London, EC4R 3TD

What you'll be doing;
  • Ensure all operational datasets are constantly updated and maintained to the highest standards and that the contract data is current, accurate and real time.
  • Responsible for maintaining all contract related systems related to the operational service included but not limited to ECHO, Stock App, AVA and Power BI.
  • Manage events on the systems and ensure completion within SLA through the timely delivery of information to operations to avoid defaults being incurred.
  • Responsible for operational monitoring and tracking of street cleansing operative work completion.
  • In charge of unallocated events in ECHO, the timely closure of events and tasks and work completion, liaising with the Digital Transformation Manager and Operations to achieve desired results.
  • Answer calls and emails from the client/ other customers that come through the control room.

What we're looking for;
  • Ideally, have a transport and logistics or fleet and asset maintenance background
  • Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent including Maths, English and Science
  • Strong attention to detail, being able to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Good organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, forms and slides
