A successful executive search firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join them for a 9-month contract, which could potentially be extended. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, or someone looking to return to the workforce. The role is in office full-time, which are based in the heart of the West End. Salary is £30,000-£35,000 (pro rata), depending on experience. Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm. Who you are:
- Strong eye for detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Confident using MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously
- Approachable, personable, friendly
What you'll do:
- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and suppliers
- Answering external telephone calls and fielding them appropriately
- Typing/formatting CVs
- Scanning candidate notes to the database
- Printing and amending PowerPoint presentations
- Ad hoc duties to support the team
- Cover for other Assistants when they are off
