Description

Support HR team in day-to-day operations
Handle HR-related documentation and records
Participate in HR projects
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Assist our recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesProfile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

An academic background in Human Resources or related field
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Basic understanding of labour laws
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
