Daily Duties:

Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
Supporting the large client base through ticket requests, and occasionally onsite visits to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing projects.
Collaborating with your colleagues to find a resolution for your clients.
Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure.
Working on a shift-pattern basis.Tech Stack:
