What you'll be doing:

Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
Update and manage to software asset manager
Monitor software usage, deployment and licence availability
Licence management, renewals and access
Project work and audit preparation
Manage relationships with venders
Full SAM lifecycle
Experience to succeed:

Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
Demonstrable experience working with SNOW
Proactive approach to work
Able to use initiative and make recommendations
Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
