We are working with a leading Contract Catering company and looking for a full time Relief Chef based on a 40 hour contract. Any additional hours over 40 are paid by the hour at overtime rates.If you are working in a restaurant kitchen at Michelin Level or Rosette Level and want the freedom of most weekends of the year off then this could be the role for you. Alternatively if you are in a contract catering kitchen and looking for a better salary then this is a great opportunity! Are you a Chef that relishes the opportunity to go to different kitchens and not be based in one place full time, Or are you an agency chef worried about dry spells of work in January and Summer Holidays and between Christmas and New Year? This role is for you then as this is full time and hourly paid after 40 hours.The Sous Chef will support Head Chefs for events and functions, dinners and lunches through the week. All food cooked from fresh to a high standard.
