We are seeking a dedicated Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an expanding organisation.

Position: Senior Therapeutic Support Worker
Location: Chalfont St Peter
Salary: £27,580 - £28,797 plus £3,000 - £6,000 sleep in allowance
Type: Full-time, Permanent (39 hours per week, plus sleep-ins and weekends)

We are currently recruiting Senior Therapeutic Support Workers for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients. We invite applications from candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a residential setting in the UK
Minimum Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce Diploma
Flexibility to work long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
Valid UK Driving Licence (manual cars)Benefits:
