The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a high-performing, dynamic team that collaborates with leading developers, land promoters, and property owners across the UK and Europe. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, designing, costing, and delivering high-profile land, property, and infrastructure projects. This team is renowned for driving projects through the full development life cycle, consistently adding value and creating exceptional outcomes for their clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards APC
• Employers Agent or Project Management experience is highly desirable
