Location: East London

We are currently looking for a Passive Fire Contracts Manager based around the East London Area, this Contracts Manager position is available for an immediate start. We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join immediately.

Job Description:

As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fire-stopping projects from initiation to completion. You will manage contracts, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure that all projects meet our high standards for safety, quality, and compliance. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success of our fire protection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and risk assessments.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams, ensuring that fire-stopping systems are correctly installed and maintained.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring all projects adhere to the latest standards.Requirements:

Proven experience in fire stopping, passive fire protection, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant certifications in fire protection or construction management are highly desirable.
