Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties throughout the North East.

Job description:

* To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.

* Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.

* Completing energy Performance reports.

* Completing ECO Surveys.

* To liaise with installation teams.

* Make recommendations based on assessment findings.

Person specification:

* Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.

* Must have a full UK driving license.

* Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).

* Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.

* Good attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills.

* Flexible, positive approach to work.

* Computer literate
