Key Responsibilities

* Lighting Works: Replace light fittings and install key switch facilitators.

* Remedial Tasks: Conduct distribution board replacements, fault finding, and accessory replacements.

* Electrical Installations: Perform additional lighting and power supply installations.

* Testing & Inspecting: Ensure commercial electrical installations meet safety standards.

* Network Cabling: Install and maintain CAT 5 and CAT 6 cabling.

* Fire Alarm Systems: Address fault finding, accessory, and panel replacements.

* Cross-Discipline Support: Assist with tasks across various trades and divisions.

* General Repairs: Address and resolve general repair tasks identified by site staff.

Project and Reactive Works

* Project Work: Engage in diverse projects across various disciplines.

* Reactive Works: Manage and respond to reactive tasks efficiently.

Essential:

* Level 3 Electrical Qualification or Equivalent.

* 18th Edition

* 2391 or 2394 & 2395 Testing & Inspection (Desirable).

* Full UK Driving License.
