Our well established retail client who is located in Luton are excited about their growth and are looking to bring on a Finance Manager to support an experienced Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity to work a broad role that covers everything from Management Accounts to Budgeting and Forecasting.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial operations while partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
Description
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage a team of 3 finance professionals, providing mentorship and development
- Partner with operational managers to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
- Drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
- Prepare board reports and presentations for senior leadership
Profile
Required Skills and Experience of the Finance Manager:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
