About the Role:

As a multi-site Recruitment Manager, you will lead operations across multiple client sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly in both our warehouse management and transport logistics. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless operation, overseeing compliance, and leading recruitment efforts to meet our clients' needs. You'll be the linchpin between our teams and clients, fostering relationships that drive success and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all allocated sites, coordinating between teams and swiftly addressing any issues that arise.

* Team Leadership: Manage and support HGV drivers, focusing on retention and performance, while leading recruitment to maintain the required headcount.

* Compliance Champion: Ensure all workers adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a fully compliant workforce.

* Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, regularly meeting with them to understand their needs and align our services to their expectations.

* Site Monitoring: Travel between sites to oversee operations, support on-site teams, and engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, headcounts, and compliance to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

* Onboarding & Systems Management: Oversee the onboarding of candidates and maintain accurate records in CRM and onboarding systems.

* Experience: proven recruitment experience within transport division

* People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and inspire your team.

* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of transport legislation and warehouse operations.

* Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting emails, reports, and other documents with precision.

* Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work, from scheduling to compliance.

* Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple sites, schedules, and files efficiently.

* Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and perform under pressure.
