Salary: £33,280 - £47,840 (Depending on experience)

Leader Group is collaborating with one of the fastest-growing healthcare providers in the North of England to recruit an EMI Unit Manager for their Dementia/Challenging Behaviours facility in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a care team, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Manage daily operations of the EMI unit, ensuring a clean and organised environment.
• Oversee resident well-being activities and care delivery.
• Support staff in providing person-centred dementia care.
• Manage residents' health, including medication administration.
• Implement best practices for dementia care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

• RMN/RNLD qualification with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• NMC registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health and dementia care.
• Ability to handle complex information and challenging situations.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders and agencies.
