Location: NorwichPosition: Maintenance ElectricianType: Temporary (12 weeks), with the possibility of permanent employmentStart Date: ASAP Hours: 42.5 hours per weekAbout UsJoin our dynamic team working on both housing and commercial projects in and around Norwich. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to contribute to our ongoing success and deliver high-quality service.Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

RequirementsQualifications:

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Ideally hold 2391 (Inspection and Testing), but this is not essential.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintenance within housing and commercial environments
  • Availability:
  • Must be willing to work 6 Saturdays per year, compensated at an overtime rate.
  • Participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, with a call-out fee of £250 per week in addition to base pay.

Compensation

• Temporary Position:Competitive hourly rate during the initial 12 weeks.
• Permanent Package (upon confirmation): £37,500 per annum.
