You will be working for a amazing food catering business who provide nutritious food to over 300 schools and is focused on feeding more students, better food.

In this role you will:

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR and ER policies and procedures.
• Take control of the absence management and highlight any anomalies or trends.
• Support with training, development, pay reviews and benefits.
• Take ownership for the onboarding of candidates creating an exceptional experience for new starters.

About you

You will be highly professional, ambitious and demonstrate a passion for HR. You will have strong generalist skills with experience of advising and coaching employees with HR issues/support. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to work and be willing to get ‘stuck in’ as and when required.
