About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor who have a turnover of over £250 million. You would be working on projects valuing between £5m and £20m within London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and determined team.

Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Compiling all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients
Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes

Key Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

This Contractor are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to their dynamic environment.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Willing to travel into Central London
Good organisational and communication skills
