The Business

We're proud to be working in partnership with a leading, forward-thinking manufacturer of modular homes based in Seaham. This company has grown significantly over the past five years and continues to innovate in the offsite construction industry.

We're now seeking multi-skilled and experienced Assembly Operatives who are hands-on, reliable, and passionate about quality. If you have construction or manufacturing experience — and especially if you're familiar with hand tools or power tools — we want to hear from you.

We also welcome applications from individuals who may not be fully qualified but have strong work experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you will:

Carry out heavy-duty modular assembly tasks following build procedures and SOPs

Install internal wall insulation and other components

Assist skilled tradespeople on site

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently

Operate hand and power tools with confidence

Be comfortable working in a physically demanding role that involves lifting and repetitive tasks

Who We're Looking For

Individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Experience in construction, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment

Confident using hand and power tools (essential)

CSCS card holders welcome - but this is not essential

Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Comfortable working as part of a fast-paced team

Computer literacy for reading SOPs and basic instructions

Own transport is ideal due to Factory location
