As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at One Hundred Shoreditch. You'll ensure our guests feel comfortable and protected while responding efficiently to any security concerns or incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor hotel premises, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying and addressing any potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests and employees with security-related concerns.
- Work closely with hotel management and emergency services when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security logs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and security protocols.
Salary: £34,388 p/a + service charge
