I am recruiting a Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead for an amazing nursing home in Chelmsford on behalf of a leading provider who pride themselves on their values.

They are looking a passionate RGN Deputy Manager who can join their team at the nursing home and make a positive change and deliver care to the highest standard.

Your role and responsibilities as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead:
• Support and deputise for the Home Manager
• Maintain the highest level of clinical governance
• Provide leadership for the nursing team and the carers
• Oversee the clinical and high quality care that is being given
• Build and maintain positive relationships

Essential qualifications and skill as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Lead:
• Registered nurse with active pin
• Experience working with the elderly
• Experience caring for those who have a long term illness
• Leadership skills
• Strong CQC knowledge
