• Develop contacts and use existing relationshipsto secure work.
• Attend meetings to showcase theproduct
• Provide technical advice on the projects
• Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experiencein construction business development
• Preferably withinthe social housing/ local authority sectors
• Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
