Our client is looking for a PA / Office Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This is an office-based role full time working with a Senior Director supporting them with general admin support and PA duties.PA/ Office Coordinator day to day duties include:-
- Arranging & preparing for meetings
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
- Minute taking.
- Processing expenses
- Managing all travel and accommodation
- Booking restaurants and ordering lunches for customer visits
- Scheduling customer visits
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office including ordering stationary, meet and greet visitors.
The successful PA / Office Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:-Previous PA experienceStrong admin and organisational skillsStrong IT skills particularly excelOffice management or coordinator would be advantageous.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £30,000-£32,000 plus free onsite parking.
