Car/LCV Parts Advisor - Shrewsbury

Location: Shrewsbury, SY1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (42.5 hours per week, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Salary: £26,984.10 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car/LCV Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Shrewsbury. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in the motor trade or a strong background in customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working within a busy aftersales department.

* Pricing parts identified by the workshop and updating the system promptly.

* Pre-picking all parts within the required time frame.

* Building professional and trustworthy relationships with customers.

* Fulfilling internal parts requirements and supporting the workshop team.

* Liaising with key suppliers.

* Adhering to all relevant Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

* Excellent customer service and administration skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure.

* Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.

* Experience working to performance targets.

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

* Full UK driving licence is essential.

* Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge, or Keyloop would be beneficial.

* A trainee position may be considered for candidates with suitable skills and knowledge.
