Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

- Take the initiative to research options and identify potential solutions from within the industry as well as from other sectors around the world.

- Support the business in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

- Develop project deliverables and progress projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, development, implementation and handover, involving scoping, design, management of supply chain and handover to the user.

- Work directly with engineers and operators on the plant, supporting operational and maintenance activities.

- Stakeholder management and management of contractors.

- You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of a commercial water company as well as Veolia's significant Industrial Services and Energy offerings with the potential opportunity for front-line management experience.

What we're looking for;

- Degree-level qualification in any Engineering (to be achieved by September 2025)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and develop

- You will be required to travel to customer sites

- Driving licence or be in the process of achieving one (willing to get one)
