I am recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a small team in West Bridgford.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for property. This role involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial part in facilitating transactions and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

* Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.

* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.

* Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.

* Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

* Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple listings effectively.

* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.

* Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.

* Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property transactions is beneficial.

* A valid driving licence may be required for property viewings.

Salary is £25k with guaranteed £30k for first 6 months with commission available.

Hours are Monday- Friday 8.45am- 6pm and every other Saturday 9am- 3pm.

Candidates must be personable and confident in speak with customers over the phone and face to face.

You must be used to working in a fast paced environment and money orientated.
