As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tax services to a portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with senior management, providing advisory and compliance support while mentoring junior team members. This role offers significant exposure to a variety of tax matters, including R&D claims, group tax planning, and HMRC negotiations, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding workload.

Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met.
- Supporting senior management with tax planning and project-based advisory work.
- Reviewing tax computations and ensuring accurate submission to HMRC.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.
- Assisting with R&D claims and group tax matters.
Requirements: - Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or working towards qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach with a keen interest in tax developments and legislation.
