Quantity Surveyor - Southwest London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a small and growing consultancy based in London that specializes in high-end residential projects. This role involves running various projects with a dedicated team of ten, focusing on delivering exceptional standards in a thriving environment.

Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage both pre and post-contract duties to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, contract negotiations, and maintaining client relationships to guarantee exceptional outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from inception to completion
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Managing contract documentation
• Conducting site visits and inspections
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Providing guidance and support to junior staff

The Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Ideally experience in Residential or High-end residential sectors
• MRICS or currently working towards this qualification
• Previous experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
