The Role - Youth Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join a dynamic SEMH School in Tower Hamlets. The ideal Youth Mentor will have experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour in an educational or youth-based setting.

As a Youth Mentor, you will:

* Provide 1:1 mentoring and tailored support

* Foster a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

* Implement de-escalation strategies and restorative approaches

* Use structured routines to encourage positive behaviour

The School - SEMH Specialist Setting

Located in Tower Hamlets, this SEMH School supports 72 students aged 5-16 with SEMH and ASD needs. The school has a strong pastoral team and was rated 'Good' in its most recent Ofsted inspection. This is an excellent opportunity to join as a Youth Mentor and beyond!
