Alecto Recruitment are partnering with an established company within the Anaerobic Digestion sector who are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Worcestershire.

£50,000-£55,000

Responsibilities:

Coordinate responses to breakdowns, create maintenance plans and oversee spare parts ordering.
Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety policies.
Supervise equipment repairs, refurbishments, and new installations/fabrication projects.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Support ongoing projects and assist the operations team as required.
Ensure all staff and contractors comply with company policies and procedures.
Serve as a mentor and role model for new team members.
Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safe work systems and risk assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the workplace.
Experience in creating PPM plans.
Previous experience within a management role.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to converse at all levels of management and maintenance teams.
Be able to work well under pressure.
Ability to motivate self and others.
