Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, creating a positive and engaging learning environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, and provide behaviour management
• Support students in their learning
• Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and follow instruction
• Previous teaching experience
• Be able to maintain student focus through an engaging delivery of the lesson
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Passionate about making a difference in the learning journey of students
