About the Role: Graduate Building Surveyor

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of building surveying services across high-profile projects in sectors such as educational and commercial. You'll be involved in preparing detailed designs, drawings, and specifications, participating in client meetings, and assisting senior colleagues with project management and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Building Surveyor:

Create designs, drawings, and specifications for diverse projects.
Attend client meetings and offer technical insights.
Support senior surveyors with project management tasks and client interactions.
Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting both new and ongoing client projects.About You the Graduate Building Surveyor:

Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Driven to work toward RICS APC and Chartered status.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
