Our client an independent firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Accounts Semi-Senior/Bookkeeper to join their team in Fareham.

This role has arisen due to growth and will involve dealing with the accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and tax for a mixed portfolio of clients, predominantly small to medium sized businesses of various sizes, as well as some Charities.

The firm use Xero, Iris, Sage and QuickBooks software, so a good working knowledge of these packages would be an advantage.

You will ideally have at least 2 years' accounts and bookkeeping experience, preferably gained within practice and have a good all round understanding of personal and corporate tax and VAT. Study support may be offered for AAT and/or ACCA/ACA if required.
