Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm (alternate shifts)

As a Vehicle Advertising Executive, you will work within a busy preparation centre, collaborating with various specialist teams. Our Prep Centre processes up to 1,500 vehicles on-site at any given time and supports numerous dealerships across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

* Inspect vehicles on arrival, noting specifications and organising documentation

* Report any vehicle faults and arrange returns where necessary

* Follow up with vendors for V5 documentation and service history

* Create engaging adverts for vehicles

* Upload and manage vehicle images

* Handle office administration tasks

* Work Monday to Friday, alternating shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A passion for cars and Photography

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

* Excellent interpersonal abilities

* A keen eye for producing effective advertisements

* Experience with office software packages

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Pride in delivering high-quality work

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
