Our client, an award-winning creative agency are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting position taking financial control of their International entities, with strategic and business partnering elements to the role.

They are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and technical accounting skills, ideally with experience using the software Synergist or Paprika. The role would ideally suit an ACCA/ CIMA Part-Qualified or Finalist candidate or a QBE.

This is a 1 year Fixed term Contract paying £55,000-£70,000 + excellent benefits.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day financial control and management.
  • Ensure strong financial controls and timely, accurate reporting of all critical finance measures.
  • Lead internal and external reporting processes to key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
  • Review and present monthly Management packs and relevant KPIs to the Finance Director and the Board.
  • Handle all statutory reporting requirements with UK, APAC, and US authorities.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts with the support of our outsourced finance team.
  • Assist in annual budget setting and forecasting.
  • Communicate finance concepts to budget holders and gain their buy-in.
  • Manage key relationships with suppliers, accountants, tax advisors, clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Tackle any ad-hoc projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA orCA
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Synergist and Xero accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and industry standards is advantageous.
  • Excellent financial analysis, data interpretation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Finance within a media or tech company is ideal.
