4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-quality landscaping projects for a leading construction company specializing in bespoke and high-end residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of diverse and creative landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, including staff, materials, and budgets.
Oversee hard and soft landscaping works in line with contractual scope and specifications.
Maintain compliance with construction programs and coordinate with various stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Principal Contractors, and client representatives.
Source, allocate, and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor and report project performance to the Construction Manager.
Inspect and approve materials to ensure adherence to specifications and quality.
Requirements:

Proven experience in both hard and soft landscaping.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret and work from plans and specifications.
Strong focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.
Full and clean driving license.
Familiarity with UK Health & Safety at Work regulations.
