We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to join our team in September 2024. As a Teacher you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment tailored to the unique needs of the students. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver education and support students with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements.
Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support these in the classroom.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of studentsPosition: Primary Trained Teacher in a Secondary School
