Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience required for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Extensive post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects from concept to completion
• Produce detailed design packages and technical drawings using Revit
• Work closely with architects, designers, and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, codes, and industry standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues
