About the Role: As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a crucial support role within our financial planning team, assisting with preparing high-quality reports, research, and recommendations for clients. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience and training while working closely with experienced paraplanners and financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on financial products, investments, and providers as a trainee paraplanner
Prepare and maintain financial planning documentation and reports
Support senior paraplanners and advisors with client meetings and follow-ups
Assist in the analysis of clients' financial positions, goals, and objectives
Help ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures as a Trainee Paraplanner 
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clientsWhat We're Looking For:

A strong interest in financial planning and personal finance as a Trainee paraplanner 
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn as a trainee paraplanner 
Good communication and interpersonal skills as a trainee paraplanner 
Basic knowledge of financial services or a relevant qualification (e.g., CF1, CISI, or equivalent) is desirable but not essentialWhy Join Us?
