CPR are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a industrial unit located in Gatwick, the project is scheduled to begin in early December and will run for approximately 14 to 18 weeks. The work will involve both internal and external refurbishment, including roofing works, it has an asbestos roof and is a project for a client who employ an independent H&S consultant to conduct weekly site visits. Experience with asbestos roofing is essential for this project

Criteria:

Essential:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* Minimum of 5 years' experience

* Industrial experience

* Roofing experience

* Asbestos Awareness qualification

* First Aid qualification

* IT literate - all H&S is managed digitally via a tablet

Desirable:

* Project Management experience

* Member of CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building)

* IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
