Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, and demolition) on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Collect and analyze asbestos samples following industry regulations and guidelines.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing survey findings and recommendations.

Advise clients on asbestos management, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is documented to the highest standard.

Liaise with clients and project managers to schedule and coordinate survey work.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Requirements:

P402 (or equivalent) qualification in Asbestos Surveying.

Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys in various environments.

Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and health and safety standards.

Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.

Full UK driving license.
