What will you be doing?
  • Raising of orders for suppliers via workday
  • Chasing third party suppliers for completed paperwork to enable us to meet KPIs
  • Dealing with post-collection queries, including invoice queries, non-conformances, certificates of disposal.
  • Create and review brokering invoices via SF
  • Checks and balance of costs in and charges out
  • Monitoring the KPI for invoicing
  • Raising manual payments
  • Calculation of rebates to customers
  • Supporting on the month end accounts to ensure accuracy
  • To deal with both internal and external customers.

What are we looking for?
  • GCSE Science, Maths and English
  • Use of Salesforce
  • Computer Literate
  • Financial understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management
